The 2023- 2024 season is Coach Rick's 12th year of coaching. He has served on college staffs across the West Coast as well as multiple college and youth summer programs. Originally from Seattle, “Teegs” started his coaching career at Shoreline Community College (NWAC) as an assistant, primarily working with infielders and hitters. His time at Shoreline culminated in the school’s first trip to the postseason in 30 years. Coach Rick has also served on staff at both University of Washington (D1, Pac-12) and Seattle University (D1, WAC). While at UW, the Huskies reached the NCAA Regionals for the first time since 2001 and went to play in the Oxford Regional at Ole Miss. After his time at Seattle U, Coach Rick served as an assistant coach at Cal State, San Bernardino (D2, CCAA) for two years, working with infielders and hitters during his time in the Inland Empire.
During the summers, Coach Rick has worked with all ages from 10U all the way up to collegiate summer programs, including stops with the Bellingham Bells and the Port Angeles Lefties (WCL).
Josh Smith is the General Manager and Assistant Coach of the Boise Bandits. He has been coaching youth sports for 13 years. Coach Josh is proud to have coached many of the Boise Bandits in multiple sports for years, he cares deeply for the kids he coaches and values the role that team sports play in the development of tomorrow’s leaders.
Coach Carl is Assistant Coach of the Boise Bandits. He has been involved in youth sports in the Treasure Valley area for over 15 years - watching his kids grow as athletes and people has been a large part of his life over that time. Very detail oriented, and with a positive and supportive approach, Coach Carl prefers to work on proper mechanics and the right mindset for his athletes.

The Boise Bandits are a Travel Baseball team, coached by TCS founding members Rick Teegarden, Carl Clark, and Josh Smith.
Our team age is 13u for the 2024 season.

We are a competitive club baseball team who practice nearly year round. We compete locally and out of state such as Phoenix, Utah, Oregon and Washington State. The Boise Bandits will play approximately 70 games for the 2024 season.
